We offer an exclusive service, allowing clients interested in pre-purchasing our apartments during the renovation phase to actively participate in the process. We work collaboratively and interactively, giving them the freedom to choose colors, designs, and materials according to their preferences, whenever feasible.

We source superior, premium materials with long-lasting warranties from our suppliers. After the apartment is sold, we provide the new owner with the corresponding warranty certificate.
